Restaurant Saigon: Had breakfast at Latest Recipe, and it was a great start to the day. The buffet spread was impressive with lots of options to choose from. The highlight for me was definitely the pho!! it was amazing and a perfect way to kick off the morning. The restaurant has a nice river view, though it's on a lower floor, so the view isn’t as striking as the one from the lounge. Still, it’s a lovely spot to enjoy a relaxed breakfast. Overall, a solid choice if you’re staying at the hotel.

The dining experience here is superb, the view is great (make the atmosphere more relaxed). The food is fantastic, way beyond my expectations, as the food here are creativly made based on selected theme (French-Italian cuisine) by very professional Vietnamese chef, refer to the picture. Also, the waiter here are very professional - especially waiter Vy, Nhàn, and Thiện. They are always really considerate as they introduced some of the European dishes that we, as Asian, haven't tried before. Overall, if you stay at this hotel. Make sure to drop by in lunchtime. You won't regret it.

Food was AWESOME. We got a bunch of things, salmon, beef, pizza, salad. Very tasty. Price wasn't bad for all we got.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The interior design was simple yet tasteful, with cozy lighting and a clean, well-organized layout. It felt like the kind of place where you could comfortably enjoy a meal whether you were with friends, family, or even dining solo. The food was definitely the highlight. Every dish was well-prepared, beautifully presented, and packed with flavor. The ingredients tasted fresh, and you could tell there was care put into the cooking. Portions were generous without being overwhelming, and there was a good variety on the menu to suit different tastes.

The Lemeredien Saigon is the location where you can find it. During our stay, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast that featured a range of items from the bakery, including cheese, cereal, waffles, pancakes, crapes, fresh juice, coconut, bacon, egg station, dim sum, Indian cuisine, chicken and beef pho, and porridge. And also for Easter Brunch it’s worth it every penny.

Used to come here for Sunday brunch and they never disappointed us. There's no high ceilings here but their cozy, not noisy environment always made us relaxed. Food is great, unbeatable. In Sunday brunch there are 6 main course to choose; each one is fine dining....exquisite and well-balanced taste. The bountiful buffet provides high quality of lobsters, oysters, streaks, lambs and prawns. Coffee and cakes are also enjoyable; even we love the beef pho given here so much. Marriott members receive 10% discount here. Definitely we will visit repeatedly for happy Sundays.

The space is well-decorated with thoughtful lighting and seats layout. Staffs are very nice and helpful with smiles on their faces and keeping up nicely with their tasks. For the price point between $40-$50/person, this really is worth the price, I admit I did expect a bit more in term of food options, fewer choice than anticipated; but with what they presented, they did a very decent job. Food are fresh and kept warm, quickly refilled. Overall it was a great experience for myself and my family!
